1.  Do You Accept Personal Checks in the Mail?

 

- This is probably the most frequently asked question we receive.  Please DO NOT Send Us Personal Checks.  We do NOT accept Personal Checks, and when we receive them, they will be returned to the sender.  We DO however accept Money Orders.   Money Orders are accepted because it is a form of payment that has already been paid for before it reaches us, ensuring that your order leaves our warehouse immediately, with no delays.   We Also Now Accept Paypal for ALL Orders!  You can get a FREE Account at https://www.paypal.com and pay directly from your checking or savings account. Please email us if you wish to pay via Paypal and we can set up a link for you.  We hope you will understand.

2.  Do you store/share any of my personal information?

- We do store your previous order information in our database, however we NEVER share any of your information with any third parties.  We may occasionally send you an email to let you know about special offers we have available.  If you do not wish us to do so, you can just let us know, and we will promptly delete your e-mail address from our e-mail list.

3.  Do you have a catalog of your products?

- Products can be viewed by clicking on the "Catalog" link at the top of every page.  For products such as ProJoba Slim Plus we have brochures available.  Please e-mail requests for a catalog to us at Drops4you@aol.com. Be sure to include your name, and address, and which products you are interested in.

4.  Whenever I add another item to my shopping cart, it deletes the previous items. How can I fix this?

- Please be sure to have "cookies" enabled in your web browser.  Our website uses cookies in order to remember all of the items you have added to the shopping cart.  These cookies are designed to only remember the items in the shopping cart for a few hours.  You can change your internet settings usually by accessing "Preferences" or "Internet Options" from your browser.  If you feel like this is too complicated, or do not wish to allow our website to remember things for you, please call us toll free to place your order at 1-888-693-3652.

5.  Since your site uses cookies for the shopping cart, does your website store my contact information and credit card?

-There is a separate option available if you would like our shopping cart to remember your name and address so you do not have to enter this information next time you place an order. You can click this option when you first enter your contact information.  Our website will NEVER remember your credit card information. 

6.  Is my credit card information safe with you?  I've heard that people can access my credit card number if I use it online.

-Our website uses encrypted data sent via Secure HTTPS Server when you place an order.  Your information is so secure that we only know that you placed an order, what you ordered, the type of card you used to place your order and the amount charged to your card.  Our server protects your information even from us, so that in the event someone unauthorized gains access to our server, your information is still secure.  This is why we may ask for your credit card number if you call us to change your order in any way.  We simply do not have access to it.  This is for your protection, as well as ours.

We have been scanned by Security Metrics and determined that our site is not only PCI Compliant, but Credit Card safe as well. 

7.  I used to use AMP II Pro Drops (or ThermoAMP).  How come I cannot get these products any longer?  Do you have a replacement for them?

- We have many customers who have used either the AMP II Pro Drops or the ThermoAMP Drops in the past.  E'OLA stopped making the AMP II Pro Drops in October 2001.  This Product contained Ephedrine HCl, which the FDA has determined cannot be sold as a dietary supplement.  E'OLA then created ThermoAMP, as the replacement for AMP II.  ThermoAMP contained Ephedra in it's natural form.  E'OLA decided in May 2003 to discontinue ALL products that contained Ephedra.  Many of our customers switched over to the Ephedra-Free LiquaGEN Drops.  LiquaGEN was the Product that E'OLA has replaced the ThermoAMP with.  If you used LiquaGEN and were Happy with the Results, we suggest XanGen & NxThin as Replacements.  If you used ThermoAMP, or any product that contained Ephedra, we suggest EFS Energy & Burn Away Fat, or Ximo Health Drinks as Replacements.

8.  Is there any way to get these products cheaper (or at wholesale)?

- As of December 1, 2003, E'OLA is no longer in Business, and we no longer carry their products.  We offer you other products, Such as the ProJoba Products, and the EFS Products.  If you are interested in an MLM Business Opportunity, we suggest ProJoba and Ximo. 9.  Do you have any sort of guarantee on the Products?

- ProJoba offers a 30 day money back guarantee on ALL of their products only.  For Dynamic Force, EFS & NxGen, we have a strict 15 day Return Policy for Sealed, unopened Products only.  If you wish to Return one of our Specials, Refund will be not be given on Free Products.  If you Return a Special, You MUST return Free Set of Product (example.  Buy 2 Get 1 Free Special, If you used 1 set of Product, and Decide to return the other 2 sets, your refund would be $45.00)  Since we no longer carry E'OLA Products, any E'OLA products you have previously purchased from us are non-refundable.  If you have questions or concerns about using the products, please call us before you open the products.  If you are not sure you are ordering the right thing, please call us to place your order.  We want you to feel confident you are using the right products, and will gladly assist you with your purchase.
